Synopsis
This study aims to investigate the underlying mechanism of Chronic Kidney Disease of Unknown Origin.Given that glyphosate concentration presents a high correlation with the diagnosis of the disease, glyphosate’sbinding affinity with the renal proteins were studied using molecular docking. Molecular docking analysesthe intermolecular interactions between the renal protein candidates and the ligand (glyphosate) and is able toshortlist the protein candidates for laboratory testing of the pathways associated with the protein.
